What You Can Expect

After Booking Your First Appointment

Once you have booked an appointment a questionnaire will be emailed (to the email address you provided), which can be completed online. This email will also include a reminder of the date and time of your appointment, as well as the address of the office and contact information.

Don’t have an email? No problem! Just arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment and you can fill the questionnaire out when you arrive!

Before Your Appointment Begins

Time will be spent on going through the questionnaire, assessing your needs, and making sure all of your questions are answered.

Your health, privacy, and well-being are my top priority.

Once we go through your concerns and medical conditions, it may be important for me to refer you to a Chiropractor, Physio Therapist, Massage Therapist, or Clinical Counselor for further assessment and treatment.

The modalities offered at Conscious Intentions do not replace medical attention.

If after this assessment, you feel comfortable with the treatment provided at Conscious Intentions and other aspects of your health are being cared for by other health care practitioners, we will continue on with our first session.

Please Note: If you choose not to go ahead with the session after your consultation, you will not be charged for the visit.


Frequently Asked Questions

Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment so that you are ready to come into the room on time.

If you need to cancel your appointment, 24 hours prior notice is required. Failure to provide such notice will result in a cancellation fee of the full treatment cost of $140.

If you are running late, your session time still begins at the time of your scheduled appointment.

If I am running late, you will receive the full session time.

Investment for all Treatments is $140. Treatments are between 60-75 minutes in length. Payment is due at time of the session. If this is not possible, other options must be discussed prior to your appointment. Cash, Debit, Credit Card, and E-Transfers are accepted.

If you have extended health care benefits, you may need a prescription from your doctor in order to submit receipts from Conscious Intentions. I cannot guarantee that your insurance provider will cover your treatments and Conscious Intentions does not direct bill insurance companies.
